Third Graders Shine in Spelling Bee!
An unforgettable showcase of talent, focus, and determination.

This November, our third graders showed off their hard work and dedication in an exciting spelling bee competition. For weeks, they practiced spelling challenging words and reviewed the letters of the alphabet, preparing for this big event. The competition started with each class holding its own rounds to choose the finalists who would represent their class in the final competition.

After some tough rounds, the finalists were set with the following students: Antonio Jaramillo (3rdA), Santiago Herrera (3rdB), Roque Rivero (3rdC), Gabriel García (3rdD), and Gabriel Ayala (3rdE). The day of the big event finally arrived, and our finalists competed in front of a packed auditorium. You could feel the tension in the air as each student took their turn spelling word after word, each one performing with incredible focus and skill.

After several exciting rounds, the results were in. Roque Rivero took first place with a flawless performance, while Gabriel Ayala claimed second, Antonio Jaramillo earned third, Gabriel Garcia came in fourth, and Santiago Herrera rounded out the top five.

The event was made even more special by the presence of our second-grade students, who were in the audience, watching and learning. As they begin to explore reading and writing, we hope this event inspires them to keep working hard with words and letters.

Congratulations to all our spelling bee participants! Your hard work and effort truly paid off. Keep up the great work!
