4th to 8th grade students showcase english mastery in Spelling Bee
The students selected from each grade will have the opportunity to compete in Spelling Bee championships organized by the English Speaking Union.

With a lot of pride, selected students from 4th to 8th grade showcased their English skills on Wednesday, May 15th, and 22nd, in our internal Spelling Bee competition, a test of English spelling and pronunciation.

The tournament kicked off on May 15th for 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade students, while on May 22nd, it was the turn of 7th and 8th-grade students to take the stage.

"During May, the best student from each grade was selected, and then the top five from each level participated in this competition to determine the winner. It was a tight competition, and we had to conduct more rounds than planned," remarked Manuela Cisternas, the English Coordinator.

The students selected from each grade will have the opportunity to compete in Spelling Bee championships organized by the English Speaking Union on June 6th and 7th. The students who will represent us in this external competition are:

Lucas Sánchez (4th A)
Simón Dagnino (5th D)
Domingo Délano (6th C)
Agustín Meyer (7th A)
Matías Herrera (8th A)

Congratulations to all the students who took part in the Spelling Bee 2024, and we wish the selected ones the best of luck in the upcoming competitions!
